Remedia coffee liqueur is product of Remedia Distillery. It was the first distillery which was opened after the state monopoly of alcohol production was collapsed at 1994. Remedia is nowadays owned by Latvian company Amber Distribution.

Nose is very light, just a hint of dark burned coffee. Taste is sweetish, very thin, there is just a bit of burned coffee bean taste. The taste reminds a coffee machine where is some coffee leftover from the morning. That leftover have been thrown to the mix of sugar syrup and spirit. Coloured with caramel colour, blended and bottled. Come on, Remedia. Is this really the best what you can do with your resources? This coffee liqueur is very weak. Only positive thing there is not an essence taste on it.
